This afternoon, Tang Feifan, Deputy Secretary of the Ningbo Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, led a delegation through the rain to visit FIOCCO Group for the "Visiting Enterprises, Optimizing Services, Solving Problems" activity. The delegation included primary responsible officials from the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the Municipal Commerce Bureau, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and others. They were accompanied by Zhu Jinmao, Secretary-General of the Ningbo Municipal Government; Yang Fuyuan, Director of the General Office; Zhang Jian, Director of the Municipal Development Research Center; Xu Xiaochang, Deputy Director of the General Office; Chen Xingli, Deputy Secretary of the Yinzhou District Party Committee and District Governor; and Wang Jiayi, Deputy District Governor of Yinzhou District. Shi Yun, Chairman of FIOCCO Group, and Shi Mei, Director & Vice President of the Group, accompanied the reception.

On-site, Mayor Tang and the delegation received a report from Chairman Shi Yun on FIOCCO Group's four core operational sectors centered around the fashion textile and apparel industry: the 5G Digital Smart Manufacturing Factory, the FIOCCO high-end women's wear brand, the Huayi Import & Export comprehensive foreign trade service platform, and the operational status of the Yesgo Valley Fashion Creative Park.

Chairman Shi specifically introduced the Yesgo Valley Fashion Creative Park (Platform) as one of the Group's key projects. Yesgo Valley uses technology to drive innovation, gathering talent, technology, and resources from the fashion textile and apparel industry to create a new digital and intelligent service platform. As a national-level creative design demonstration park and one of the Top Ten Outstanding Typical Cases in the Zhejiang textile industry, the Yesgo Valley Fashion Creative Park (Platform) operates around the service philosophy of "Professionalism, Sharing, Empowerment, and Win-Win Cooperation," providing comprehensive empowerment for SMEs in the fashion textile and apparel sector within the park.

Subsequently, guided by Shi Mei, Director & Vice President of the Group, Mayor Tang and the delegation visited the FIOCCO · Yesgo Valley Designer Fashion Apparel Exhibition and Sales Platform and the Y11 Fashion Block. They gained an in-depth understanding of the park's business formats and the development status of its resident enterprises, and on-site, they exchanged views with the person in charge of the park's "Jianchuangni" brand on the basic situation of cultivating and incubating fashion textile and apparel brands.

Mayor Tang expressed full affirmation for FIOCCO Group's development since its establishment 31 years ago—evolving from OEM production to operating the independent FIOCCO brand, to the Huayi Import & Export comprehensive foreign trade service platform, and to the new business formats and management philosophy of Yesgo Valley. He encouraged FIOCCO Group to continue growing stronger and larger, providing a better "Yesgo Valley" business model for industrial parks and empowering more SMEs within parks to face future transformation, upgrading, and integrated common prosperity development.
