This morning, You Wuwei, Deputy Secretary-General of the Ningbo Municipal Government, led a delegation of over 80 leaders from various levels for an inspection and research visit to FIOCCO · Yesgo Valley. The delegation included responsible officials from the Municipal People's Congress Urban Construction and Environmental Resources Committee, the Municipal CPPCC Population, Resources and Environment Committee, municipal departments, and central & provincial units stationed in Ningbo, as well as responsible officials from county and district governments and primary leaders of urban renewal offices. Chen Xingli, Deputy Secretary of the Yinzhou District Party Committee and District Governor, and other leaders accompanied the visit. During the inspection, Deputy Secretary-General You and the delegation were briefed on various operational sectors of FIOCCO Group. Notably, the Yesgo Valley Fashion Technology Park was invested in by FIOCCO Group. In 2019, the Group self-raised 150 million RMB to utilize vacant factory buildings and existing land, adding new architectural space. Through "renovation + innovation," it enhanced the industrial carrier space, transforming a traditional industrial park into a national-level fashion creative demonstration park—a specialized innovative comprehensive service platform built around the fashion textile and apparel industry.

The Yesgo Valley Fashion Creative Park (Platform) uses technology to drive innovation, gathering talent, technology, and resources from the fashion textile and apparel industry to create a new digital and intelligent service platform. Before the renewal, the park had 26,000 square meters of architectural space. The transformation and renewal project added 25,000 square meters, resulting in a total of 51,000 square meters.

As a national-level innovation and entrepreneurship service demonstration platform, the Yesgo Valley Fashion Technology Park has attracted over 115 enterprises related to the fashion textile and apparel industry, incubated more than 40 designer brands, and secured 3 billion RMB in bank credit lines. Before the renewal in 2018, the park's sales were 2.7 billion RMB. By 2022, the total sales of the park exceeded 5.6 billion RMB. In just four years, sales increased by 100%, achieving sales per mu of 100 million RMB.

Subsequently, Deputy Secretary-General You and the delegation inspected the Yesgo Valley Designer Fashion Apparel Exhibition and Sales Platform, the Y11 Fashion Block, and visited resident enterprises—Yishili (Image Design), Aini Trade (Domestic and Foreign Trade Apparel), and Keyuan Apparel (5G Digital Printing Design)—gaining in-depth understanding of the development status of the park's enterprises.

Deputy Secretary-General You fully affirmed FIOCCO Group's achievements in the park renewal project: transforming and upgrading the original industrial park by utilizing existing architectural space and land while adding new space. The transition from a traditional park to a creative park, innovation from traditional production to smart manufacturing, and exploration from conventional concepts to future frontiers were highly commended.

In the future, the Yesgo Valley Fashion Creative Park (Platform) will continue to explore and innovate in the management and operational concepts of fashion industrial parks, enhance the park's cutting-edge fashion industry strategy, fully empower SMEs within the park, drive the transformation and upgrading of innovative startups, and achieve integrated and common prosperity development.
