On the afternoon of August 29, the FIOCCO Group 2023 Mid-Year Business Work Conference was held in the auditorium on the 6th floor of the Group Headquarters. The meeting summarized the Group's work for the first half of the year, analyzed the current industry situation, and deployed key tasks for the second half of the year. Group Chairman Shi Yun, Director & Vice President Shi Mei, and business managers from various departments attended the meeting.

During the conference, business managers from each department delivered detailed reports on 2023 sales performance, order trends, customer developments, and work plans for the second half of the year. They also shared departmental highlights, learning from each other's strengths to achieve mutual progress. Chairman Shi Yun highly affirmed the efforts of all departments in promoting the Group's business development.

Facing numerous uncertain influencing factors domestically and internationally, Chairman Shi analyzed the current development situation and existing problems within the textile and apparel industry, as well as future trends. He emphasized that while consolidating the business foundation, it is essential to truly root down and pioneer innovation, create the Group's distinctive quality services, and elevate service standards for clients.

Furthermore, Chairman Shi stressed the importance of clarifying goals and put forward four key requirements:

1.Maintain Firm Confidence: Do not avoid any difficulties; always keep a positive mindset and face challenges proactively.

4.Seek Innovation and Stability: Amid the unfavorable current international environment, it is crucial to control all potential risks and hidden dangers.
