On the afternoon of February 22, Wang Shengtao, Deputy Director of the Yinzhou District Organization Department and Secretary of the Working Committee on New Economic and Social Organizations ("Two News"), and his delegation visited FIOCCO Group to conduct research on Party building in new economic and social organizations. During the symposium, Chairman Shi reported on FIOCCO Group's development model: centered on digital smart manufacturing, with the Huayi Comprehensive Foreign Trade Service Platform and the Yesgo Valley Fashion Technology Platform serving as its dual wings ("two wings"). He also introduced the Group's corporate culture initiatives under the "Destined as One Family" ethos, including awarding gold medals to employees with 10+ years of service, establishing an employee hardship assistance fund, and implementing employee stock ownership plans for long-serving staff. Subsequently, Ms. Hong reported on the status of Party organization building within FIOCCO Group.
