On the morning of May 25, Yao Xiaoyan, Director of the Women Workers' Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Trade Union Council, and her delegation visited FIOCCO Group to research women workers' affairs. Accompanying the delegation were Le Jingfang, Director of the Women Workers' Department of the Ningbo Municipal Trade Union Council; Fan Haifeng, Member of the Leading Party Members Group and Vice Chairman of the Yinzhou District Trade Union Council; and Wang Jinhua, Chairman of the Dongjiao Subdistrict Trade Union Council.

Guided by Hong Yinyin, Assistant to the President of FIOCCO Group and Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch, and Xu Qing, Assistant to the President and Ningbo Model Worker, Director Yao Xiaoyan toured the 5G Digital Smart Manufacturing Factory, the "Mom's Cozy Corner" (breastfeeding room), and the Xu Qing Model Worker Innovation Studio. They gained a detailed understanding of the enterprise's women workforce status, service facility development, and initiatives for enhancing skills and contributions.

During the symposium, Xu Qing, Assistant to the President and Ningbo Model Worker, reported on the development journey of the Model Worker Studio, its diversified product development, and multi-channel sales models. Director Yao expressed strong affirmation for the innovation and excellence achieved by the Model Worker Studio. She also invited Ms. Xu to join the Women Model Workers Volunteer Service Team to spread the spirit of model workers, share industry experience, and showcase the grace and talent of women.
