On the morning of March 9, Xi Haifeng, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Dongqian Lake Tourism Resort Management Committee, along with Tang Hailun, Director of the Economic Development Bureau, Yang Yu, Director of the Investment Promotion Office, and other leaders, visited FIOCCO Group's Yesgo Valley for research.
Accompanied by Shi Yun, Chairman of FIOCCO Group, Shi Mei, Director and Vice President of FIOCCO Group, and Mao Lilu, General Manager of Yesgo Valley, Deputy Director Xi Haifeng and the delegation toured areas including the Yesgo Valley Creative Block, the Yesgo Valley Platform, and the Comprehensive Foreign Trade Service Platform. They gained a detailed understanding of the park's construction and operational status.
Yesgo Valley Fashion Technology Park is an innovative, integrated service platform initiated by FIOCCO Group and developed in collaboration with high-end domestic and international think tanks, renowned universities, research institutions, and professional organizations both within and outside the industry. Upholding the platform philosophy of "professionalism, sharing, empowerment, and win-win cooperation," it has established functional zones encompassing brand incubation, commercial blocks, cultural and creative e-commerce, industrial livestreaming, and intelligent manufacturing. Through systematic industrial innovation services, it assists small, medium, and micro-sized textile and garment enterprises in entrepreneurship, innovation, and transformation/upgrading, thereby promoting the fashionization, branding, and internationalization of the regional textile and garment industry.
During the symposium, General Manager Mao Lilu provided a detailed introduction to Yesgo Valley's overall planning, layout, and operational development philosophy. Yesgo Valley is dedicated to exploring ways to break through traditional operational models and revitalize the garment industry. Currently, the park has achieved three major transformations: transforming "general manufacturing" into "intelligent creation," evolving from a "traditional park" to a "creative park," and shifting from "exclusive enterprise use" to "professional sharing." These changes fully embody the core concepts of innovation, transformation, and reform.
Subsequently, Chairman Shi supplemented the explanation regarding the platform's channel resource development for serving the industry: Yesgo Valley shares R&D and design resources, supply chain resources, information resources, and financial resources with its resident enterprises. This allows resident businesses to access corresponding resources and services on the platform with lower costs and higher efficiency. It also enables them to leverage their respective strengths, achieve complementarity, and foster collaborative development.
Deputy Director Xi Haifeng gave full affirmation to the construction of the FIOCCO Group · Yesgo Valley platform. He stated that the park's innovation and fashion-forward approach set an exemplary standard within the region. The company's efforts in promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and creating a new shared economy model for the garment industry are also particularly crucial for driving the development of the entire region.
Furthermore, Deputy Director Xi also provided valuable suggestions for the platform's future development.
